উপশম অবস্থায় গর্ভ নিতে হয় ; মজার ব্যাপার ৬০ ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে গর্ভাবস্থায় এই রোগ নীরব থাকে ,১০- ২০ ভাগ ক্ষেত্রে বৃদ্ধি পায় । সাধারনতঃ দ্বিতীয় বা তৃতীয় তিন মাসে এই রোগ বৃদ্ধির সম্ভাবনা থাকে ।

শেষের দিকে ব্লাড – প্রেসারও বাড়তে থাকে । বেবি কম ওজনের হতে পারে । এই গর্ভবতীর শেষ ৩ মাসে সোরিয়োসিস বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং ব্লাড প্রেসার বাড়ে কিন্তু শরীরের ওজন কমে । বাড়তি জটিলতা এড়ানোর জন্যই ৩৭ সপ্তাহ পরেই তার প্রসব করা হয় সিজার করে । তিনি ছেলে সন্তান প্রসব করেন , ওজন ২ কেজি ৭০০ গ্রাম । বেবি সহ লিজা ভালো আছেন ।
