আমাদের প্রিয় বাংলাদেশে ভিটামিন ডি এর ঘাটতি না হওয়ার অনেক উৎস রয়েছে । সূর্যই প্রাকৃতিক উৎস । সূর্য্যের বেগুনী রোস্মি এর প্রভাবে আমাদের ত্বক ভিটামিন ডি তৈরি করে । এই রোস্মি পাওয়া যাবে যখন মানুষের ছায়া তাঁর চেয়ে খাটো হবে । হাত – পায়ে কিছুক্ষন রোদ লাগাতে হবে ।
তাছাড়া , ডিমের হলুদ অংশ , পশু – পাখির লিভার , দুধ , মাখন চর্বি খাবার মাশরুম , সামুদ্রিক মাছ খেতে হবে ।
